Draw A Circle.

For the second to last art project of the year. This was done in acrylic paints mostly, aside from the neon paints I had to use, and the green was actually more of an ink than a paint since my art teacher didn't have neon green.

Anyway, heres your characters, from left to right. starting from the center top character, whose in between the rainbowyness.
France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, Belarus, Romano, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Hungary, Taiwan, Sealand, -forgot this one, sorry.- Prussia, America, Canada, and last but not least, England!

This took me WEEKS to finish. The canvas wasn't that big either, the same size as what I used for the angel painting. But...THE TINY CHARACTERS THEY TOOK SO LONG!!
And my neon colors in the top part needed SO many coats to show up right!! DX But I kinda like it, so...yay :3

And it just occured to me... I forgot China! D: I'm so sorry china, forgive me ;m;/
